The one that actually started everything

Powered by a Miyota 8215, the 1953 No. 002 started life as an Invicta Pro Diver 9094. The bezel insert was replaced with a green aluminum insert and the dial was replaced with an Explorer style dial with 1953 branding. The Invicta marking was removed from the case side, but the back still bears the name. Tim intends to either file down the back, or preferably, find a solid case back to fit. The writing on the bottom is Nepali for Automatic. The watch exemplifies the vision Tim had for 1953 those many years ago, combining an English logo with Nepali writing much like that first expedition to the summit of Mount Everest combined the two cultures.
